Welcome to TMN Ltd

TMN were established in 2005 and founded by Teo Nikolov. Located in South London, we operate throughout the South East and employ in excess of 130 staff, comprising of management and operatives.

We specialise in Planned Maintenance and Refurbishment contracts, working closely with Contractors and Client’s to meet the Decent Homes standard. This includes internal refurbishment works of resident’s kitchens and bathrooms, as well as external improvements to the fabric of the buildings.

In addition to carrying out large volumes of works as part of a works package, we also undertake one off refurbishments which can range from minor adaptations of a relatively small value, to larger projects such as conversions and extensions.

We pride ourselves on deploying direct labour and believe this has been an essential ingredient in our development and success over the years.
